Come join our second hybrid event with Dr. Dennis Lowe on Ophthalmic Pain! In this talk, Dr Lowe will be going through the anatomical basis of ophthalmic pain, differential diagnoses of ocular neuropathic pain as well as different types of headaches. This event will be presented both through Zoom and In-Person. To register for the Zoom webinar, please click here. To attend our in-person event, please register on this page.

About Dr. Lowe:

After initially becoming a fully qualified neurologist, Dr Lowe went on to train to become an ophthalmic surgeon. He is the only practitioner in Australia to hold these dual specialties. With vast experience, Dr Lowe has particular interest in ophthalmic surgery (cataract and laser), medical retina, neurologically related eye disease as well as general ophthalmology.

He completed his specialist training through Sydney Eye Hospital with further study at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the UK. Dr Lowe enjoys participating in charitable/pro-bono surgical training and teaching here and overseas (Vietnam Vision Project, Sight for All Foundation, Australian Health Humanitarian Aid, ACPPRC). He also currently holds teaching positions at Sydney University and UNSW affiliated teaching hospitals.
